Extended family and myself stayed in Villa Kinaree. Wow what can I say the accommodation was amazing even though there was a few of us there was plenty of room to chill and have quit time. The photos of the property are genuine as the property is very well maintained. The staff took very good care of us and nothing was too much trouble even the chef surprised us with some lovely deserts unexpected. Dora the house manager attended to our every request. I will never forget our time there as the memories will last a life time thankyou to all the staff for a very memorable stay.

I was not expecting to see such elegant beauty. It’s impossible to fault anything about this place, Villa Kinara is simply perfect.

It’s no secret, we have already been planning our next trip. And we know exactly where we will be relaxing.

Dora made our trip that little bit more special, it was her fine attention to detail and making sure that we were always happy that left a lasting impression.

Firstly, all that was presented to us via photos, web sites and booking process was 100% accurate. 🙂
The Villa was amazing and my family was so happy and pleased with “our home” for the 9 days we stayed. In particular, we loved the coffees and cups of tea the staff offered and made each morning and we also could not stop playing pool on the snooker table! Many many hours were spent swimming, playing, drinking and just chilling in this great Villa.
The Villa is also very very quiet and on many occasions my family made mention of how peaceful the villa is.
The staff were first rate and could not do enough for us. Most of the time we felt we were not utilizing them enough really.
One story definitely needs reporting. Around 11pm one night my partner hurt her foot whilst he were out on the motor bike. As we returned to the villa, the security guy noticed that she was limping and I was supporting her into the Villa. Within minutes one of the staff had turned up (from his home) to check if she was OK and if he could help. He took off to get a bag of ice so we could address the swelling and access the damage. I don’t rate this as great service, it was just great CARE and CONCERN for her well being and his response was certainly 100% appreciated.
I highly recommend Kinaree Villa to any family looking for a place to stay and chill out. Its great.

Liked best: The staff, facilities and the quiet peaceful nature.

Liked least: The streets around the villa are not ideal for walking.

This villa is one of the best places I have stayed at during my travels. It’s even better than in the pictures and the staff is amazing! It’s centrally located and all bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The meals that the staff cooked were also all very good. You can let them know ahead of time what you would like to eat and they will prepare it for you. The living area is very big and opens up to the pool. It also has a pool table that is very nice. The sound system is very good also and connects with an aux cable or Bluetooth. Nick was very nice and professional during the booking. He replies very quickly and was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to visit Bali!

I went to Villa Kinaree for my 60th birthday celebrations with a group of close friends. I could not have hoped for a more tranquil, fun, thoroughly enjoyable and fulfilling holiday. I have been coming to Bali at least annually for over 25 years. I am not a newcomer. But from the moment we set foot in Villa Kinaree, frankly from the moment of our airport pick-up, we were pampered. The hotel is beautiful, the location in Seminyak central to everything and otherwise superb but the secret weapon at the Villa Kinaree is its staff. From the incredible food (we soon stopped eating at restaurants, even those I have patronised for years previously) to the organisation and execution of a marvelous birthday dinner for 20+ to helping us day to day on our highly unstructured days, the staff was always there in their friendly, unobtrusive way, making sure that even the least of our needs were attended to. Of all of my many trips to Bali, this stands out as my favourite. Now, months later, my mind drifts back there, I think of it often. I can’t wait to return. Thank you.

Villa Kinaree offers a fantastic sense of place with a great layout, superb finishings (often a sticking point for me!) and an incredible feeling of indoor-outdoor living. The house is so open and airy, you feel really at one with nature. In fact, the one time it rained during my stay I enjoyed it so much – sitting on the plush sofa by the bar whilst the fresh rains came down all around me yet not getting wet?! True tropical holiday feels! When the sun was out, the natural beauty of the house really shone – and the sun loungers were perfectly placed for sunbathing. Loved the saltwater pool too, it was the perfect temperature all the time.

The location of the villa is also great, just walking distance to some cute local eateries and the famous Ku De Ta Beach Club. Definitely a huge plus! But personally, I preferred staying in to enjoy every moment in this gorgeous villa. I’m so glad I did. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Villa Kinaree last May with a family of five and my parents in law. First thing that came to mind when we walked in was…..wow, this is heaven! The set up was perfect for a family with 3 kids all keen to swim and play round the pool area at the heart of Villa teaming with exotic plants and trees. The decor is a mix collection of modern art pieces and traditional balinese furniture and fixtures. The master bedroom and bathroom is the essence of luxury and style, which sadly had to let my parents in law to stay at whilst we occupied the bedrooms on the ground floor to be next to the kids. The staff are uber friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Taxis, restaurants, and beach area recommendations were all top class for all 7 of us. Heaven, we can’t wait for our next trip to it, but this time we will take the master bedroom!

Really enjoyed our week stay at the villa. The staff were friendly and always happy to assist with excellent service. The villa was is beautiful and perfectly located close to everything in Seminyak, my only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!

As soon as you walk through the main gates of this villa it takes your breath away. The photos don’t really do it justice. It’s wonderfully open plan. The pool curves straight into the living room. Each of the bedrooms is air conditioned and comfortable. The staff are a delight. Really enjoyed my time here.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the entire villa has a real relaxed and peaceful ambiance. On top of this, location is perfect, 5 minute walk to eat street and under 10 min walk to the beach. The staff were lovely, the decor was beautiful and the compound very peaceful. Will definitely be going back!

For a start, the villa is located in a very private neighborhood of Semignac, only a few hundred meters from Oberoi hotel and Kudeta. We had come to Bali quite a few times already but had never found an area that felt so homey and exclusive. There is an excellent breakfast place just in front of the alley (Strawberry Hut), from where we asked the lovely staff to order food and drinks several times a day.
To come back to the villa itself, my first thought when I walked in was “is it a villa with garden or a garden in a villa?” Everywhere you look, trees and flowers mix up with the superb teak-made Balinese architecture. The villa is actually made of 3 all-wood buildings, linked up by the pool and garden area. Pictures can’t really catch the very special light that bathes the villa. It is extraordinarily charming and peaceful. This trip was our first in months, and I must say that after a couple of hours by the pool we totally forgot our intense and stressful work in Bangkok.

This was one of the most enjoyable stays I have had anywhere.
Food was great and one really did not need to leave the complex at all, it was a perfect place.
