Holiday of a lifetime Truly amazing resort, so relaxing, lying around the various pool cabanas and lounges. The staff are gorgeous, quietly working away in the background, anticipating our every need. The resort is 5 star and in a great location to access the multitude of restaurants, beach and local cafes. Relaxing trouble free holiday Location excellent very quiet, no through traffic, rooms very clean and spacious. Staff excellent, services very good. Food lovely with choices of American and Balinese. Butler Paset was excellent, helpful with organising tours, taxis, airport pickup and drp off, shopping suggestions. Highly recommend Paset as her made holiday trouble free. Villa Kinaree - a wonderful large family holiday villa We had a wonderful stay at this villa with our extended family and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend time together. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for everyone to relax while still enjoying quality family time. The pool and outdoor areas were a highlight, providing the perfect setting for both the adults and children to enjoy throughout the day. The bedrooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and everything was kept spotlessly clean. The villa had very friendly welcoming staff, who were always happy to help and made us feel at ease. The location was great, just a short walking distance to restaurants, mini mart and shopping strips, while still feeling peaceful and private. Tropical private paradise ideal for group gatherings It was a wonderful family experience. Ideal for all ages - ranging from toddlers to the elderly. A great convenient location, staff were so considerate, helpful and friendly, layout was perfect for large groups - each with their own private rooms, but large communal areas for socialising. What a great place to stay in Bali What a fantastic experience we had at Villa Kinaree Estate. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, the service was truly second to none. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. Every feature worked perfectly, and it even has a well-equipped private gym. The generous room sizes, expansive living areas, and excellent cross ventilation made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is another huge advantage, with a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, the beach within easy walking distance, and the beautiful sunset beach clubs only about five minutes away. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding team. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. By the second day, they knew all our names and greeted each of us personally, making us feel genuinely at home. A special mention goes to Wayan, whose professionalism, hospitality, and customer-focused approach were exceptional. From the very start of each day, he ensured we were well looked after. He also recommended several places to visit and dine, and every recommendation turned out to be excellent. Overall, the entire team made our stay so comfortable and memorable that we genuinely felt sad when it was time to leave. A luxurious home away from home – best stay in Seminyak I have stayed at many luxury 5-star hotels around the world, but my experience at Villa Kinaree in Seminyak truly surpassed them all. The villa combines the comfort and warmth of a private home with the facilities and service of a top-tier luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for. The service was absolutely outstanding. Villa manager Adi ran everything seamlessly, and his team – Wayun, Gede, Yuni and Kedak – went above and beyond every single day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was arranging transport, preparing breakfast, or anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel incredibly personal and special. The villa itself is stunning. The Balinese decor blended with modern comforts creates a beautifully cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. Every room is spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the shared living areas are perfect for relaxing together. It genuinely felt like a private 5-star resort, but with a sense of coziness and intimacy you never get in a hotel. The outdoor spaces were a highlight – tranquil, relaxing and impeccably maintained. Whether we were by the pool, enjoying the open living area or just soaking in the ambiance, it was the perfect place to unwind. The whole property feels like a peaceful oasis, yet you still have all the luxury touches you would expect from a high-end hotel. The location is fantastic: tucked away down a quiet lane so it is calm and peaceful, yet only around 10 minutes from the centre of Seminyak and an easy walk or short drive to great restaurants, shops and the beach. It was the ideal balance between convenience and privacy. Overall, Villa Kinaree gave us the best of both worlds – true 5-star luxury and facilities, with the warmth, charm and coziness of a private home. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The villa is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing Bali getaway. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a fantastic time. A special thank you to Wayan, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. His friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a real difference and made us feel truly looked after. Everything—from the service and cleanliness to the overall atmosphere—was superb. We would highly recommend Villa Kinaree to anyone visiting Bali and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
