Special Offer — Terms
The following terms apply to the Special Offer – Save 20% promotion.
1. Advance Booking
To qualify for the 20% Special Offer discount, reservations must be made at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.
2. Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before check-in.
3. Cancellation & Modification Policy
- 100% Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
- No Date Changes: Reservation dates cannot be modified once confirmed under this Special Offer.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as a no-show. The reservation will be cancelled automatically without any refund, and the villa may be released for resale.
4. Rate Rules & Exclusions
- Blackout Dates: This promotion is not valid during selected peak holiday periods, including late December through early January, unless otherwise specified.
- No Stacking: This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
- Occupancy Policy: The promotional rate applies only to the accommodation price and does not modify the villa's maximum occupancy limits, extra guest charges, or extra bed fees.
