A beautiful villa that worked well well for our large group of 20 (6 families). We loved coming back to our oasis of a villa after a busy day out.

The wonderful staff made us dinner every night, much easier than taking 10 kids to a restaurant. The staff were so helpful and we all had the most amazing time. We can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous stay at our villas for an extended family of 24. Interaction between villas is perfect for families. Staff were amazing and villas themselves are so well maintained. Great time had by us all.

Fabulous villas. We had a party of 16 people and having both parts of the complex to use was fabulous. Staff are amazing and super attentive, can not thank them enough for looking after us so well. Complex is beautiful and well looked after. Thank you for caring for our group and making my 50th birthday special.

Family of 13 people. Rooms were spaced out so everyone had their own space. The pool table and pool were great for the kids to hangout. Rooms were cleaned, staff were helpful, they could have accomodated my husband’s early breakfast, overall lovely experience.

One of my bucket list was to stay in those Balinese villa you see on luxury travel magazine and it was fulfilled while my staying at Villa Kinaree. It is a beautiful villa, spacious & cozy, neat, and very close to the beach & restaurants & shopping. It got everything you would need for your authentic Bali experience. I would definitely love to come back and stay again.

We stayed 10 days in this lovely villa with some friends and our kids (5 and 3 years old). The villa is brand new a very tastefully done up. All the rooms are spacious and has a great feel. The location of this villa is very hard to beat. It is close to everything in Seminyak (walking distance) – beach, shops, bars and restaurants, but it is at the same time extremely peaceful. The staff was friendly and it is just very difficult to find anything bad to say about our stay in Villa Kinaree. Even the weather was amazing.

We stayed at Villa Kinaree for 5 days early May this year. It felt like I stepped into a goddess sanctuary as soon as I enter the traditional door. I still remember how I was greeted by the unexpected pool table & the two spacious living rooms with the green lush garden & turquoise blue water reflection in the background, the water sound & the gentle breeze, I just smiled & left the world behind from that moment on. I am super fussy & into details, the entire villa was designed & decorated thoughtfully. It’s luxury yet cozy without being pretentious & fuss. I love the romantic large master bedroom tuck away upstairs with complete privacy. Staff were super attentive & they go extra miles to make our stay as comfortable & pamper as we could be. It’s beautiful villa home centrally located right next to the The Oberoi, quiet & quaint area with many fantastic top restaurants in Seminyak within 5-10 mins car ride. It’s ideal to share with close friends & families. I didn’t want to leave at the end of my stay in this sanctuary. I’ll definitely go back to Kinaree whenever I can!

It is a beautiful villa, with beautiful people managing it for you. Excellent food cooked on premise to demand, or walk 2 minutes to the restaurant at the end of the street, or have take-away delivered.

The staff were outstanding, Dora, Wayan, the chef and all the others were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
We ate in several nights and asked chef to prepare indonesian banquet and it was always outstanding quality.
Thank you Villa Kinaree for a most relaxing and enjoyable luxurious stay – I sincerely hope that I can return one day soon.

What more could we ask for. Great villa right in the heart of Seminyak, tranquil and quiet, yet walking distance to the beach and Ku De Ta and all of the restaurants in Oberoi. We stayed for a week with friends, staff were attentive and ever accommodating. We organized a full Indonesian Seafood BBQ and Babi Guling in the villa while we were there which was an experience we won’t forget. Spacious, clean rooms and pleasant surroundings. We will be back again for sure….

So when we arrived at the villa, we were greeted by warm hospitable smiles. Already it was very reassuring, hopefully the rest of the vacation will stay the same. And I was not disappointed. The staff at Villa Kinaree are hospitable, very professional and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. The food superb and memorable, very much like the breakfast food at a five star hotel.

The room where we stayed in was very clean and the interior modern and fabulous. The whole property looked very well maintained and had easy access to Seminyak shopping area and only 15 minutes walk to the Kudeta Beach. I did not like Villa Kinaree, I love it!
